About the Author
Adam Schwab was a corporate lawyer specializing in mergers & acquisitions at one of Australia’s largest legal firms before becoming a founding director of privately-owned corporate accommodation and services group, AJ Capital.
Since 2004, he has also been a financial journalist and business commentator specializing in corporate governance, economics and legal affairs for Australia’s best known on-line publications, Crikey, and a business contributor to the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age and has appeared on Today Tonight.
Adam Schwab has also worked with Australia’s leading advisor to institutions and fund managers on corporate governance and executive remuneration, and is the author of the book, Pigs at the Trough: Lessons from Australia’s Decade of Corporate Greed.
